The Smith’s Bayou Chili Cook Off was an amazing event that will never be forgotten by our staff, residents and families! On August 25th, 2018, the neighborhood of Cecelia Lane came together to socialize, mingle, and raise funds for Gracious Grounds! There were 15 different chili entries that were divided into three categories: white chili, meek and mild, and hot and spicy. Our Executive Director and Assistant Director were both honored and humbled to serve as judges for the Judge’s Choice Award. We are so grateful to live in such a giving community! Thank you Rebecca Hopp, JoAnn Grotman, and all the Chefs for their hard work and dedication to this tasteful event!
